How do you ensure drum kits are safe during shipping?

We use heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated boxes and custom internal padding for all drum shells. Each component is individually wrapped and secured to prevent movement and vibration damage during transit.

Do you offer international shipping for large hardware?

Yes, Rubix Drums ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Heavy hardware and full kits are shipped via specialized freight partners to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

What is your return policy for cymbals and drumheads?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please note that drumheads cannot be returned once they have been tuned or played, and cymbals must show no signs of stick marks or fingerprints.

Are the drums pre-tuned before they are dispatched?

While we inspect every kit for quality control, we typically de-tune drums slightly for shipping to prevent shell stress during temperature changes. We include a tuning guide with every order to help you get the perfect sound.
